Arkand is founder-led, and we're building our team slowly and carefully. Anyone who joins us will need to live up to the promises we make to families — so we care more about how you are than what's on paper.
You're unhurried
You understand that thirty minutes is a minimum, and that the conversation is often the care.
You notice things
You spot when something's a little off and you're comfortable saying so, kindly and early.
You're honest about scope
You do what's agreed and no more, and you never pretend a job is within reach when it isn't.
You're local, or want to be
You know East London and the villages, or you're keen to — because short journeys mean more time with people.
You have the right to work in the UK

There's no portal and no long form. Email a few lines about yourself and any experience you have to team@arkandcare.co.uk, or call and ask to talk about working with us. You'll speak to the person you'd actually be working with.
